Or trying not to...
So yesterday was retrieval day! I will spare you all the details...suffice it to say that after my nice 20 minute nap we had 8 eggs. Sadly 3 weren't mature enough or able to be inseminated and one didn't develop into an embryo. So this morning, of our 8 eggs, we have 4 little embryos (technically blastocysts, but who cares at this point!). Now we pray that all 4 continue to develop. We'll receive updates over the next two days and then, God willing, Thursday we'll transfer the best looking one (or ones) and cross our fingers.
Hopefully the week ahead is full of good news!
